Liability

·       We are not liable for any medical issues, damage to self or property that may arise while watching or following recommendations from our courses.

·       Users are responsible for using sound judgment and being aware of their own limitations when participating in lessons and exercises. If you have any medical concerns, always consult a doctor. Any advice given in our courses should be seen as educational information, not medical advice.

·       All photos, text, videos, handouts, and materials are the intellectual property of Singable Toolbox.

·       Active members have full access to these materials but may not redistribute, sell, or copy them for use by others.

·       Materials should be used and viewed for private use only.

·       You may not:

-       Use any content from this website for marketing purposes.

-       Post any content from this website on the Internet (including websites, file-sharing sites, video-sharing sites, or social networks).

-       Reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from this website for commercial purposes or for money (even if no profit is involved).

Membership Terms

·       Month-by-Month Membership: Members can cancel at any time through their account. Notify us before the end of the current billing cycle. No charges will be applied for the following calendar month.

·       Yearly Membership: Yearly memberships are paid for in advance and cannot be cancelled in exchange for a refund during the year. Members will have access to all services and materials for the full year.

·       Cancellation Process: Members can cancel their subscription through their account or contact our support team via email at singable.toolbox@gmail.com to cancel. Include your full name and email address in the cancellation request. Our support team will process the cancellation and confirm via email.

Video Feedback

·       Members may send in up to two (2) videos per calendar month for feedback.

·       Members who join before the 15th of the calendar month, may send in their two (2) videos for feedback at any time during the month.

·       If membership begins after the 15th of the calendar month, only one video may be sent in for feedback that month.

·       There is a limit of two (2) videos that may be submitted per calendar month, regardless of how many videos were submitted or not submitted in the previous month.

Confidence Corner

·       Members may upload up to 2 videos per month to Confidence Corner.

 

VIP Members

·       VIP Members are entitled to two (2) 1-hour singing lessons every calendar month. If membership begins after the 15th of the calendar month, only one lesson may be booked for that month.

·       There is a limit of two (2) lessons per calendar month, regardless of how many lessons were held in the previous month. Members cannot save lessons to use another month.

·       VIP Members may book lessons in addition to the two (2) lessons included in their membership at the standard rate, using the 15% discount that is entitled to all members.

·       Lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If cancelled within 24 hours, that lesson is used up and cannot be rescheduled.

FAQ: Cancelling Membership

Q: How do I cancel my month-by-month membership? 

Log into your customer account.

  1. Click Account, then click Digital Products or Subscriptions.

  2. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

You can also cancel at any time notifying us before the end of the current billing cycle. If we cancel the membership for you, you will lose access immediately, even if your billing cycle isn’t complete yet.

Q: Can I cancel my yearly membership and get a refund for the remainder of the year? No, yearly memberships cannot be cancelled once purchased. You will have access to all services and materials for the full year. Cancellation will take effect the following year.

Q: How do I initiate the cancellation process of the yearly membership? Cancel from your user profile following the steps above or contact our support team via email at: singable.toolbox@gmail.com. Include your full name and email address in the cancellation request. Our support team will process the cancellation and confirm via email.

Q: Will I still have access to services after cancelling my membership? Month-by-month members will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. Yearly members will retain access until the end of the yearly membership period. However, if we cancel for you, you will lose access immediately, so it’s generally better to cancel your membership yourself.

Q: Can I reactivate my membership after cancelling? Yes, you can reactivate your membership at any time by subscribing again through our website.
